About the game:
This is a prequel to the main Alt-Frequencies game, made to be distributed for free via the website and smart speakers (coming soon).
In ‘The News One Stories’ you are the budding new editor-in-chief of News One Radio, and you have to make decisions on which stories you will run live, and in what format.

What I did:
I developed and wrote the script together with gamedesigner Emmanuel Corno. While our original game was audio-only, the design wasn’t suitable for smart speakers. After some research by the entire devteam, we decided on a basic story format for this prequel that would make the most of the tech abilities of the smart speakers and allow us to tell another aspect of the original story. After some brainstorms between the gamedesigner and myself, we developed a workable narrative design and started writing together, updating and adjusting as we went along.
Next to this, I directed the voiceactors, as this games was recorded together with the main game. We worked in 3 different languages; English, French and German. Recordings were done in Paris and Berlin.
