About the game:
Allison Heart is close to finishing her final intership and getting that prized doctors degree. But the pressure is on and she hasn’t really found her place yet in Queensburrow Bridge Hospital, the big innercity hospital she was transferred to after the smaller place she worked in, closed down. When something immense happens to her friends and colleagues, Allison will have to prove she’s got what it takes to be a doctor…

The new installment of the successful Heart’s Medicine mobile game series went from a premium title to free to play during development, which meant that big adjustments have been made to gameplay. It’ll be interesting to see how players will react to the storylines in this new set-up, as they will have to play more levels without story content between the story chapters.

What I did:
I wrote the full story and script for the first incarnation of this game, together with the creative director who was the writer on the previous seasons of the Heart’s Medicine series. The game consists of over 130 fully animated scenes.
During the development of the game, it changed from premium to free to play. For this reason, new story scenes were added regularly via a live ops process. I have been developing the story and writing scenes for these new updates as well.
